I really need some help in the form of a tutorial or somthing like that. I have serious problems drawing sensitive women. I can do a decent HC warrior babe but i can't get an innocent look or a frightened one. So please some guru help me. And maybe when i get a scanner i will post a nice picture i made (involves a dark scenery a knife and a dumb guard that is about to get it) |

well, I don't consider myself a guru, but hope you don't mind me answering anyway
I think it's very much about body language. If you saw those Disney drawing spooge posted, expression both in body and face was if focus. That's the sad thing about doing just warrior-babes They usually don't have mush of a expression, like zena don't do acting

I don't think anybody will tell you this, but as funny as it sounds.. you have to get in touch with your feminine side. You know when you draw action poses and heros and stuff you kinda get a little pumped up, because you are involved with the picture. So, when you draw something more sensitive it helps to change your mindset to something more along the lines of the subject. don't think of it as drawing.. think of it as expressing. Ack... what the hell am I drinking?? By the way, wearing a skirt is optional. |
