Here is a head I did over a couple of days;
Any suggestions/advice?
Next Time I'll do it at a larger res (>250x250) so that I get better level of detail

That is very good. To get a more realistic look though, remember where the light source is. The shadows and highlights do not match up, so fix that and it will be a great picture!

I like the piccy and agree with the previous post about the shadows. You might also like to consider where those horns would cast shadows. It might just be your style but the image is pretty grainy. If you won't to 'smooth' it out, go over it with a soft edged brush. good work.

I'll fix the lighting and remove the grain. Thanks for the responce.
PS I might resize to 1000x1000 and redo and see what happens...
