Ok, I'll give you only a few pieces of advice. The first one is, try to keep your lines more consistent, don't draw using short strokes, it's easier but at the end it gives poor results. The second one is: try to draw an structure before you draw the final sketch, to give it some proportions. Try a tutorial from http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/farp/index.html It gives some useful advices. Practice, and you'll become a good artist.
P.D: I'm not an expert, but this advices are general, they doesn't need much experience. Be perseverant.
