New art I've done for pandaming studio's. Anyway, I need help with it - I'm not too sure if the left arm is too long or not. Any other constructive criticism is much appreciated. Thanks!

The left arm looks a taad bit too long, just a wee bit. I like the clay type feel to the pic. His eyes need work, and his leg anatomy is screwed up.

He's got one big eye, and it looks like your supposed to stick something in his mouth like an action figure.
I would work on natural expressions, they work well with cartoons

Ok, I've tried fixing the leg and the eye. Not too pleased with it at all, I was wondering if anyone could help me with the perspective of the legs. The left one looks a little funny (not too sure if it looks thinner than the other leg.) Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Man, sometimes I wonder why I bother drawing! That version of your is way better. The facial gestures and movements are amazing. It's funny because I started draw about 7 years ago and I practice regularily, but I can't seem to make my pictures come alive.. Most of my drawings have been deemed "boring".. Do you have any tips on how to improve or make drawings more interesting?

Thanks for all the help.. That's what I need.

Don't worry about it. There are people who are born with a natural talent, and others just have to work for 30 years to get it.
Jk. If you aren't born with it, draw from life, study the world around you, try going beyond cartoons. When I did, i improved at three times the rate. A few years of experimenting will do you a lot more good thatn drawing just cartoons.

It's interesting 'cause I do try and draw people in public. When I'm on the bus, in class, at work, wherever. It's just that it's not often that I see some real action. It's kind of funny because I've tried moving from cartoons to realism and with much difficulty, pain, and rejection. It's a lot more challenging.

This is the first toon I've drawn since 97 or so. What got me back to drawing toons was because of a friend of mine. He had an interesting point.

He's an artist by profession. Most of his style is impressionistic, however, he always wanted to be a realist. After much work and stuff it never clicked with him, but his impressionistic work rocked. His point was if you do something well, then might as well go with it and improve in that field..

Still I don't draw toons too well either.. So I'm not too sure what to do. I like drawing, but have little skill. Maybe my field is in drawing stick people . Anyway, it's kind of interesting.. Whether to give up on a dream and go with the flow or to face all the obstacles and become someone new. I guess it's back the simple human dilemma - "To be or not the be?"
