looks cool. has a nice rough style that would go well in a children's book or an ad perhaps.
if i was gonna change anything, i'd change:
a) the bird's feet - make them at least look a bit birdlike
b) the balance of the bird on the stump. right now it looks like the bird should be falling over backwards.

I like the image and the style. Not really sure how to comment as I'm not sure of your intention. But does the bird have classes, if so, it might be an idea to have a line representing the glasses rim (that goes to an ear). If not, lose the line between the eyes.
Is the green stuff meant to be moss growing on the side of the dead tree trunk?!
