Something looks a little funny with the neck. It might be a tad bit too thick for a female. Think of the diameter of the neck relative to the ones arm.

The left side(her left) of her neck is messed up. See where that curl is passing in front of her jaw line? Aim just barely right of that and you should be OK. Have it bend back right closer to the collar bone.

excellent sketch and pic. Looks good so far, can't wait to see the finsihed product. The eyes are too small in respect to her eyebrows. The neck is wayyyy to big, I would subtract atleast half of that.

I just wanted to compliment you on the hands, I love the pose of them.

The metal pipes in the BG look tacky. Use the other stuff but not the pipes.

Thanks so much for your guys comments.. i do think her eyes are a bit small and ill be redoing them, the eyebrow seems very big now that you guys mentioned it, thanks... her neck ill hack away at some more n i dunno about the left shoulder.. i kinda like its shape but ill work on it to see if i can get something going i like better. and the pipes i got rid of the metal pipes.. dunno what i was thinking *hides in shame* also i was wondering if the white lines i use to line up her nose mouth n eyes look right to u guys? anyways heres a slightly updated image...
