AAAARRRGGHHH..!!
this is my 3rd try at digital paintin n i still can't the goddamn values down!!! My sis says the shading on the bag looks like convectional currents...
can someone enlighten me?!??
edit/::> sorry, forgot to tell ya, this is a book cover I've done for a schoolmate...
my teacher asked me to.

try and use more flat colour as opposed to airbrushing. the trick to values is not detail. read the cube thing that Fred did and break up your objects into simple geometric shapes. whan starting use a round brush with 100% opacity.
