Hi,
I plan to upgrade from P5 to P6, but I would like to know what's behind the marketing hype.
Especially the layers. Are they "normal" now, so that I can paint with all my "natural media tools" in layers like I can with Photoshop ?
Thanks,
Emmanuel |

I'm not sure if this will be the case, but you might want to search for the thread since it's prob'ly already posted somewhere. |

Well, first off you have easier to use layers, more like in PS. The memory management seems better. You still have to paint on the canvas layer if you want to use the water color tool(the only paint tool I use).

Is there a demo version of Painter6 yet? I'm keen to try it out.
