Since my other subject has changed from Saw-Boss to all kinds of Transformers art from some of you and myself, I thought lets make a new topic out of it.

Here are the two logo's which I animated in Flash...

http://www.symbiont.nl/tf.htm

And here is the dec. logo again...

Today I started painting Bumblebee, it's only the head though and he hasn't got a mouth yet :-)

If you have any transformers art, or any other art of the 80's cartoons, or work in progress, please add it to this Forum...

Now that I'm busy with it, I might as well put the Saw-Boss image under this topic.

Here I tried to smudge the skecthlines, which went all wrong...

I hope someone can edit Saw-Boss, cause it's my first (wacom) image and I have a lot to learn as you might see.

An image tells more then a thousand words (Dutch statement :-)

Finally, here you can download an .avi (approx. 1 mb) from the Decepticon logo, which I animated (simple loop + raytrace) in 3D Studio...

They are real! After the Power Rangers first came out I had mentioned something about there being a cartoon similar to them... I was told there never was. Great I'm not going crazy yet. I was afraid I was remembering things that didn't happen.

One more thing... we did win WWIII right?

Occultic that logo gave me a flashback!! hehehe! Bumblebee was damned cool, didn't he turn into the dune buggy? heh! Lose the filters Occ, on the last pic!

Jabberwocky Power Rangers.....bwhaaa! ahem! Was a poor remake of Voltron, that may have been the cartoon. And who are we? (WW3)

Are you sure? Noooo filters? Well if I was wrong my mistake! But that backdrop on your Saw-Boss image looks filtered! Like color pencil or whatever that filters called.

Goldbug eh?

Here's a pic from one of my Transformers comics where our little friend Goldbug gets killed by Starscream...

Goldbug

And an (really) old drawing:

Optimus Prime

Oh, one more thing to say:
The new Transformers series (computer animated) are a little bit sucky sucky...
They now turn into animals...

...Sad...

>>DeathbyDuplicity>> Ow, the background, yes, that is a combination of a couple of filters. So what, I don't find it disturbing... But the background of the first image is done in the same way...

Speaking about the TransFormers (well, it's the topic I posted, so why not???)

A couple of weeks ago I read a story on www.ign.com that there will be a TransFormers DVD in the near future. Also a G.I. Joe DVD. It's create to own the movies, but what I'm very currious about the DVD-extra's...

Maybe we'll get to see the TransFormers Designers etc. etc.

I would KILL to see a classic Transformers brought to CG life for a feature film. None of this animal crap, just good ol' vehicles and airplanes.

A person has to really suck ass to rely on filters! Not all filters are bad, that's if you know how to use em! Beside most of those effects can be created by hand a 10 times better! Ahe?

eck. i did a 3d model of the deception logo thingie. then the person stole it from me in the sense of he having the original .max file and whatnot, me being an idiot and losing my own copies and him not giving them back and making money with them (hasbro ass licking piece of iwon'ttypethewordshereorhumanclaywillgetangry).

i also did a 3d model of rumble and the autobot matrix of leadership, 'course, they being my first (well second and third) max models, the quality is something ...unique. i think i am mean enough to actually post them here (once i get my hands on pictures) to scare people.. i swear, you have never seen anything so sad in 3d. ('course, that didn't stop person X from stealing them and making money..)

Man faustgfx, you're too hard on yourself. I saw those models (when you had your site up) and they were impressive. Especially the model of the Matrix you did. And if those were your first models, it's f'n amazing. I hope you can post them up here.
