The style is kind of blurry. It sort of reminds me of Sproket's style [HRG]. It would probably be a lot nicer to smooth things out and not making them so blurry. Things kind of look out of focus.

Then again, it's art. I guess if you were saying the main figure is a wanderer without a focus and hence everything around him seems blurred. Then it could be effective. However, the sketched lines take away from the "artistic" view. To me it looks really rough.
