help a drawing inept saddo out here a bit.

are the proportions acceptable? not that it'll matter that much in the big vision i have in my head, but still. and don't say a word about the lack of lighting/shadows.

Looks good to me. Hand/wrist might be a little on the spindly side, but that could be because it's coming out of a big sleeve.

I totally buy the ear, though - that looks great!

Do you have more like this? And what's a saddo?

Actually, maybe the arm is a little short. I think the hand usually falls about mid thigh.

Still, nice work.

saddo, sad case/loser/failure etc.

i've spent fucking 10+ hours on this now.

and yeah i used photo reference for the head to the degree of having a low rez low quality photo open on another monitor that's 2+ meters away from me; thus i can't even focus to it since i'm tired and i don't have my glasses with me and yadda dadda. the point of this is to actually learn something. and draw. duh.

oh, and about the hand.. i noticed that myself as well. i had this in mind originally but in mid process i quite efficiently managed to fuck it up.

faust, about the hand, the thumb should be on the other side, unless his palms are facing outwards?

i like how its turning out tho, the head looks real good. and the top of the jacket :B

okay. there we go. i managed to kill and re-upload and kill and move and screw up and adjust(s��t�..) the picture file so many times it's not even funny. aight. sketch2.jpg works now. i give up on the other two. i am WAY too tired for this. :|

nicely perverted color. it's cute.

besides, if i sleep now, i will wake up in a few hours when someone comes to work around midday

gotta get home, gotta wait for night, 'cause if i fall asleep sometime midday, i'll wake up at 6 pm and be equally as fucked as i am now.

now, if i hang on 'till today evening and go to bed then, i'll be tired enough to sleep through the whole night (if i'm lucky) and feel better tomorrow.

today evening is only 16 hours away....
