I decided to get off my arse and start work on making myself my own page instead of keep using my bros one. Started working on it, was thinking of using this as the main logo page, was wondering how it looks, cause its really fkkin dark so it may be totally screwed on other ppls monitors. Maybe I overdid it with the high contrast. Please let me know how it looks or if anyone has any ideas of stuff I can do to it. Cheers! =)

Looks pretty cool ya fakkin tosser! Only prob is the colours between the text and the background don't really gel right, at least in my opinion (and we all know, that its a very important one...) The reds are the main problem. The background has a pinkish tinge to it, and has everybody knows (heh...right?) u don't wear reds pants with a pink shirt. Or maybe thats just me...(although sometimes if i'm feeling really bad, I'll wear pink trousers, and red underpants.)

Really cool image, Cos! Imagine if someone accidentally was linked to your site while looking for information on how to groom their poodles effectively and saw that monstrous creation.

Anyway, yeah, I agree with immi, there is an overall value of a pinkish-brown throughout your image, yet the text is really explosive. Sorta clashes, me thinks. (Although, I'm just odd.)

Some suggestions: maybe incorporate the text into the design; have the vines actually make up the words. Also, if you're too lazy to do all that work ( ) then you may want to take the explosive fire from the "Reality" and replace that with the pinkish clouds from the left of your image.

And as immi said the pink bits (scuse the pun) actually make me wanna stair at them(as pink bits should *lol*) and take my eyes off the title of the page. which would be a bad thing wouldn't it? as far as i know a splash page is so ppl know the title of your page and maybe get a small teaser of your skills.

Thanks for the feedback ppl! The more I look at it the more I'm not sure about it, I think the pink (fkkin pink cos??) smoke isn't workin either, I'll try change that to fit and bring the head out out some more and maybe do more stuff too.
