it's a quick job, i don't think i spent more than 1.5 hours in total on it. and in case anyone gives a fuck, i uploaded the 1:1 version of this as well http://www.faustgfx.com/stuff/binke1.jpg , yes, i tried the work-in-a-huge-rez-then-resize method. it actually worked. to a certain degree.
half of it was drawn drunk, which is propably why it looks kind of neat-ish. or maybe that's because binke's original pic is damn nice.

Very creative. And i like how you added a lt of stuff on the ground to the image and the space ship looks really groovy!

I dunno man, I see a giant flaming tower thrusting up from the landscape.
But maybe that's just me...

good point, we can pretend that this town is the genital unit of the planet or the continent, and it is ejaculating the moment we captured the drawing (?), and it's sperm is actually ether fire that turns into bubbles at 700 meters' height.
yeah. *reassuring smile and nod*

I don't think this one holds together nearly as well as the original...sorry faust
...The background is just as vivid value wise as the foreground. It just ruins the effect of distance in the piece.
I think you know where i'm coming from though.
