Recently I've been exploring 3D modelling for PC games. This is my second attempt at a humanoid head mesh and my first time making a texture.
Right now the only thing making it appear at all zombie-like is the pallor of the skin, but eventually I'm going to add some holes in the flesh and some blood. I'm posting this for criticism seeing as I have little experience not only with 3D modelling but also with digital art.
I modelled it with Milkshape 3D from Chumbalum Software; I don't really have the funds for anything better. The skin is 256x128 256 color and I'm working on it at twice that size.
Also, in addition to comments on the model, where can I find a message board where more 3D artists hang out?
Thanks,

Nice model. Doesn't look like a zombie at all, but with little work you could turn this in a great skinned head.
You can get in touch with other low-poly 3D modeler at http://www.polycount.com
They've got a forum similar to this one but about 3D modeling, expecially for games.
