Hi Dakkan,
The 2 quickest ways I know on my PC:
1. Inside Microsoft Word: Insert/Symbol/ ...and choose the bottom right one in the 'symbol' font.
...or...
2. Inside the Start Menu: Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Character Map. This shows the symbols for various fonts...

If you are using a PC you can do it by holding down Alt and typing 0169 �
Alt 0174 = restricted �
Alt 0153 = trade mark � |

� = option-g
use KeyCaps in your apple menu and hold down the option key to find more special keys |
