Hi guys.. I am a concept artist currently working for the games industry. I am working on a freelance basis but I am looking to get my foot into the industry with a full time job in a company.
I am currently making a brand new portfolio for myself... but I need to know what do employers usually look for in a concept art portfolio? With so many different genres of games and companies being ultra picky about art styles...it becomes difficult to gauge which one fits...
I also want to include my sketchbook as part of my portfolio but how much practice work should I reveal without turning off a potential employer..
Hope you can help me out here
