BUY IT!
I got 'Legacy' and the Frazetta book that came before that called 'Icon'. They are both very great artbooks. Get them both if you can! Every artist should have at least a couple of Frazetta books in their collection. Well, Thats just my opinion anyway....
Bottum line: You wont regret buying any Frazetta books!
,Boomer
PS. I've been trying to hunt down some of the earlier Frazetta artbooks. I dont think that they were named anything other than 'frazetta artbook 1' 'fazetta artbook 2' and so on. If I remember correctly there were five of them. They are from the mid 80's and pretty rare now, at least here in Denmark. Get them if you can 'cause they're absolutly awesome. |

I've got one of those books and Amazon just found me a copy of book 3, so I'm slowly collecting the set .
The naming of them is a little confusing; originally, back in the late 70's early 80's when they were published, 5 of them called 'Frazetta Book One/Two/etc' as you say, but in 96 another book was published called 'Frazetta Book One'.

Rowan, I just wanted to say that you have changed my life. Yes, really you have...no longer am I going to spend my pay-cheque on cheap dive bars and/or skanky strippers. No sirree....I'm a gonna go shopping in your library!!!
heh heh, in all seriousness, your library really rocks, and it will extremely helpful when I next decide to indulge a bit.
Oh yeah, I never knew you were hosted by Frag, I just noticed that now. Interesting...although I can't say I'm a big fan of Frag myself, we've had lots of problems with them.
-Oh yeah, would u mind if I put up a couple of your pictures as Pictures of the Day over at 3dpalette?
Cheers
Dave
