Very nice picture, really like what you have done with the colors here.
Question, the lightbulb in the front, shouldn't such a strong light like that one cast a shadow on the pillar? you disabled cast-shadow? ..hmm I could be wrong?? perhaps not on sunlight like that?
I gave up on the 3dthread, guess I started to paint more than working with 3d, lol I suck. I like that you keep going with your stuff.

I think if it is sunlight the whole should be brighter, depends on what time of day it is though.
Found this one, which shows that I am wrong about castshadow, if indeed sunlight in the scene. Close to the floor though, otherwise look behind the white pipe, that is closer to the ceiling which casts a shadow behind it.
Interesting this, thanks for posting made me start to think. |

Hey Matthew, sorry its taken so long to respond properly. I will be looking for work next quarter =D.
The light source on the left is from a room through an open door.
Your not the only one to ask about the cast shadow either hehe. You right there is no cast shadow.
You paintings are looking much better. Glad to see you working hard!
Thanks for the comments again, I'll be posting more (allot more) through the next few months.
