Good image,
Only one thing i can see to inprove the Contrast of the image; that is to add a little Color to your White Light, It look odd and strage to see just plane White light. maybe add in some yellow or blue?

If you want more action going on, add a figure standing in the Doorway.

Well i was expecting a painting of Jack Nicholson, but this'll do Great lighting and scene structure, the glow of the fur around the rat is just great. A little weird perspective on that grate on the right side floor, but thats just kinda nitpicky!

Yeah i agree with Napalm, the perspective is a bit weird, but besides from that it looks fine!
