The pen and it's related functions stop working after I close and open the lid. Same happens when the tablet pc is turned on after sleep or hibernation mode.
laptop is toshiba M400-EZ5031 operating system is Vista business.
Annoying because the tablet pc needs to be reset each time I need to close/open the lid.
Known issue? Any suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated. There are a lot of issues that come up after a google search but none of them provides any definite solution... |

My M400 doesn't do that, but I'm running Windows XP.
Try posting your issue in the Toshiba forum over at gottabemobile.com , or tabletpcbuzz.com

Might have to reinstall xp in that case..
Ballistic, did you have to install any utilitities that come with toshiba in order to get everything working under XP installation? These utils bog the system down a lot. |

I paid extra to get mine with XP preinstalled, so I'm not sure which of the Toshiba apps you really need.
I did delete a lot of the default bloatware though.
