Um, I don't think parents should let their children do something that dangerous. At that age, they have no reliable control over their movements and muscles--one slip and they can break their necks.

On the other hand he is only 3 feet high weighs very little and has body made of rubber. But then I am not a parent, so perhaps not a good judge.

Kids actually learn to control their body and stay sportive by doing such. Its way better than putting them in front of a TV or staying inside the house all day.
