Why don't you post in the WIP section when you ask for critique? This piece is done on lined paper, doesn't look like you're having a lot of motivation put into it. My personal opinion is that you should either stick to Manga style or leave for a more realistic approach. This is rather mishmashed and thus not really harmonic. What you do right now is imitating what you see in other, professional pieces. That approach leaves no space for personal stylistics and alteration of characters. When something looks wacky, it's because you were trying to break out of the given reference. So, you should do some study. Also, make sure to draw more, quick characters instead on focusing on the rendering and refinement of a piece that is lacking a solid basis.
