Ok I finally decidade to download this pic I made during the first week of class. It looks like crap to me compared to the original pic I did. Something about Painters colors not being web safe... so the colors weren't all funky and seperated.
The subject matter is kinda "cute" but it was the only thing I could use for a refernce during class. Everything was done by eye and I only used one layer with just the airbrush tool set at various opacity.
Any comments, do I have a future at this stuff or should I stick to traditional

My oh my! isn't that a cute little cherub
A like the shadows around the mouth and eyes alot...
The whole face is very well composed, in my opinion.
And if you spend a little more time on the face and especially the rest of the body/wings, you'd end up with one killer pic!!!
Keep posting...
You DEFENITELY have a future at this
