maybe the pose suffers a bit from what Prometheus calls flyswatted, also I wonder if you can actually se that much of his left shoulder?

Looking good! I threw my 2 cents in with another paint over. I liked what misc did with the arms but had a few thoughts on the arc of the chest and the head:
