I remember a painting that really impressed me but I can't find it - neighter on the net nor on my harddrive altough I am sure I saved it - Anyway.

On this painting there is a girl cowering in the corner of a room. She wears on of these virtual reality glasses. The glasses reflect a beautiful virtual green world in which she got lost while the girl itself is totally fucked up. The painting has a dark mood.

Maybe anyone remembers the artists or anything else
. I am not even sure if it was posted on sijun. Maybe cgtalk?

Wish I could give you some more help, but all I know is that it was definitely posted here, probably about a year ago? I tried looking for it too, no luck.

And I could be wrong but I think it was posted in a group of images, one of which was a guy on a toilet with a pool of blood around him?

You won't find the painting or the thread, since they got dissolved by the great Sijun Crash of '06. I remember it well, since I posted a Cowboy Bebop cel to draw a pithy comparison.

I can't remember, however, who painted it. Try other forums?
