Anyone know where I can get some cool looking windows cursors or know how you can make them??

I wanna change it to go with my winamp skin so the "design" of my windows looks cool.

hehe, funny how you can apply a lot of stuff to design(ing)/art

Yes. It's called WindowBlinds. Look around on http://www.skinz.org for more information and skins that you can download.
