I've been inadvertently talking just like Christopher Walken lately. I saw an old friend the other night at some restaurant, so I stopped by and said,

"Ryan van Hook... how nice to SEE you.. your smile.. it's still charming, even after all of these years. it's still crisp in.. my mind. it's a very refreshing smile."

Even when I'm training some new guy at work (at a restaurant), Walken sneaks out.

"You want to get your bolognese sauce.. ALL OVER your chicken breast .. so that the WHOLE thing is covered with your bolognese sauce.. and put your .. mozzerella cheese-- not too much, mind you, all over the chicken breast. You want to bake it.. until the cheese is ALL brown and golden. That way, the people will think it's very APPEtizing."

What's really depressing is that Walken is sneaking out subconsciously. I have possibly the worst Christopher Walken impression on earth, and yet my natural cadence and emphasis matches his perfectly from time to time. Maybe I need help.

What? Looks intelligent? Dunno 'bout that . . . I always thought the guy looked . . . mysterious, homicidal even. Maybe he's been typecast too much.

As much as I suspected it was a joke, I found something that seals it in my mind. Take a look at the Bio page- almost every paragraph starts with "He", and there's NOTHING to suggest any leadership ability.

Just recalling my days in student council Wink

I'd vote for him if I was American. After Schwarzenegger of course (but they have to change the law for him to contribute, right Wink )

Yeah, I thought I wanted Arnie in there, too. But he's been signing legislature and making cuts that have been royally screwing students, homeowners, the little guy, etc.

I doubt he'll be back next election, if the voters have anything to say about it.

You can blow this, you can blow that.

If it was a fake website, someone would end up in a lawsuit once Walken found out. I like how Walken wants to stop "sending billions to the Pentagon's pet projects, it should go to the troops". Why not deconstruct the Pentagon while he's at it, and see if it makes a difference?

Quote:
Why aren't you announcing to CNN or the major media?

The risk of running early is that the support can boom too fast and die out by the time we hit the primaries. Our goal right now is spreading the word and getting people interested. The major media are bloodhounds, and once they get wind, Mr. Walken will be forced to start actively campaigning to balance an inevitable onslaught of criticism from opponents. For the time being, while Mr. Walken is finishing some film projects and we're establishing our campaign, we'll stick to word-of-mouth communication. Believe me, it works very well.
