hi all, i'm looking for some good watercolor books. i have only done watercolor a few time, so you could consider me a total noob, but i do have fair drawing skills.
here's what i've been looking at:
Mastering Mood and Atmosphere in Watercolor by Joseph Zbukvic
-i love Zbukvic's watercolor, but i heard his teaching isn't very good
WATERCOLOR CLASS: AN INNOVATIVE COURSE IN TRANSPARENT WATERCOLOR by Michael Crespo
-don't know much about this
Master Class in Watermedia: Techniques in Traditional and Experimental Painting by Edward Betts
-heard good things about this
The Watercolor Book: Materials and Techniques for Today's Artists by David Dewey
-heard good and bad things
Watercolor School (Reader's Digest Learn-As-You-Go Guides) by Hazel Harrison
-supposed to be good for beginners?
Complete Guide to Watercolor Painting by Edgar A. Whitney
-really well known teacher
any comments? suggestions?
thanks for your help _________________ -jett
