- i would change the position of the head/eyes of the dragon: it doesn't look like the dragon's regarding the human..
- maybe you could add some fire coming outside the mouth of the dragon.. _________________ carpe noctem!!  |

The dragons head seems disembodied. Also the light source is undefined. I do like the angle of the composition and the body of the giant statue. If this is supposed to be during the winter perhaps adding some blue will help with the atmosphere, and serve to offset the fiery dragon.
