Okay, I have never seen anything like this before. I picked up a set of 18 0.4 oz "Venus Water Colour" for roughly $6, and I thought it would be some joke and/or complete junk, but the colors are really nice, much better than what I have previously achieved with my dry aquarel colours. I find it kind of interesting to paint with this gel without using any water, as it feels much like acrylics with *really* pure colours but leaves less of a brush stroke trail.
Can anyone tell me what the deal with these are? Everyone I've talked to so far haven't even heard of anything alike this. Am I cheating by using them, as I find them simpler than dry aquarels? _________________ What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

What do you mean by "cheating?"
Who is the all-powerful "judge" to determine such "cheating?"
What "rules" are there to determine whether your creative process is "cheating?"
Why should you care?
If you like them, and can use them, and they give you the results you want, isn't THAT supposed to be your driving creative force?
"Cheating..." What a hoot! _________________ Life is short. Expect nothing, enjoy everything.
