When im gonna save my artrage image when im done i can only save it as PTG,the artage format,wich means that only can view the images in artrage and that i cant upload them anywhere since it doesnt work with that format..is it because i use the trial version or what? please help me

Artrage has an "export" function for bmp png and jpg. Use that one. (in the file menu -> "export as image")...
