Her right arm looks a little short. And kind of wonky. And i think you should make the tree transformation a little less gradual.
Give it more depth.
The idea is really cool, and the painting is nice.

i agree that the transition should be less gradual, i had some trouble at first figuring out that she was the tree, not that she was standing behind it and had some weird brown shadow on her leg. i think her bodies proportions aren't bad, its just that her head seems too large. cool idea.

I like her face - very colourful and the calm captured in the overall picture is nice.
