It's kind of hard to comment on a work like this. It's not that the image is flawed, it looks pretty cool actually.
Im not sure if this is the way your style is or if it does have some flaws in it.
What were your goals or intentions of creating the piece? Which part are you struggling to get right?
If you say those things then I'm sure you'll get lots of constructive feedback.

i think its hella cool. These guys r crazy is what they are. IMO, the only thing that would make it better would be a more colorful (maybe kinda motion blurred?) background.

I have always liked these types of pictures. Kind of characature captures with exaggerated movement. Nice work, I think it could use a background, maybe the ocean?
