sketched and inked by hand but colored in photoshop. I'm happiest with the coloring in the scathach one... something about it looking more natural whereas I think the others look very artificial. Please let me know how I can improve these, tyvm =). They are for my senior project in school and I'm persuing illustration.

the colours in the one you like are more 'earthy'.
try using more earthy tones in the others.

the teal colour of the first and to a lesser extent the colours of the third are more unnatural, (and probably unavailable in the days these books come from).
