I think you did a pretty decent job handling the values of the baby's skin, for the most part it feels like it has 3d form. There are a couple of things that are bugging me though. The first is the hair, it looks a bit too "spiky." Perhaps try using a smudge tool and making it more wispy and soft looking. The second is the eyebrows; I know babies do not have very defined eyebrows, but these seem to be a bit spotty or shaved looking and less soft blending into the baby's skin -as I image they would be. The nose and the area below also seems a bit off to me, maybe the nose is a bit crooked? And right under the nose I expect to see at least a hint of a dimple (? not sure if that is what that depression is called). But at any rate, I like this image.
