I had a question out of curiosity, many times when i download at first the speed will be say, 50kbs/sec. Then after a sec, it'll be down to 40, and then continue to slow down til its at like 20. If it starts at 20, it can slow down to like 5. Why does this happen, why not the same average speed throughout the download? Is there any way to make this not happen, or is it just the way things are? |

I think that partial cause to this is how Windows calculates your download speed. The longer it downloads, the more rate variations get summed up into average.
Or not |
