This is an image that's going to be incorporated into my school's yearbook. I'm open to any suggestions that I can use to improve the picture. One thing that I can't seem to fix is that the picture seems overworked. How can i keep textures clean and visible and not make the picture all muddy?

Hello
I like the idea of this picture and it looks pretty cool but since you wanted thoughts though I thought I would give you some.
There are many elements in this picture and it seems like they all wanna be shown and I would suggest that you could maybe add more of an atmospheric perspective in the buildings in the back and also on the people to the left. Also, the people seems like they are floating all around the place.
I made a quick over-paint to show you what I mean cause I cant really explain that well what I mean. Maybe this in not what you wanted at all but I hope it is ok, otherwise feel free to beat me up.
have a nice weekend
