First you need a webpage. Go to some free place for that - such as geocities (probably the fastest to get started and easiest that I've found). Then if you want to post on the board is this command without any spaces in your text:

[img:1714752a85] http://www.url.com [/img:1714752a85]

Put the url address of your pic between the img commands.
