Whether this is the result or the cause of my insomnia, the fact remains I end up doing this kind of sketching instead of sleeping quite often. This isn't for any real project, just a little exercise. Obviously, this is a design intended for a futuristic setting, possibly some type of air race event. Rendered in pencil and GIMP:
EDIT: I've added a bit of a background, as well as gone back to my original contrast (I'd tweaked the curves for some reason before)
