Well I've been building a web layout for the past few days (June 14-19). I still need to complete the content area and touch up a few things but I think it is finished enough for some criticism. (NOTE: This is for a webdesign company. State whether you think it works or not.) Currently I'm going to let it sit a few days to see if I still like it when I come back, but in the meantime feedback would be nice.

EDIT: Someone from some other forum suggested the left round grey thing to not be so textured as everything else seemed not to be.

I think the last version is the best one.

But please excuse this newbie question: In which format are you going to save the page? Will it be flash only? Or html with the graphics in jpg (rather big would that be or not?), gif or html with some kind of vector graphics?

I'm momentary coding my own private webpage and the answer would really help. Thanks in advance.

I don't know flash yet. :p I am going to code it in HTML. As for file formats, I normally use all 3. When I save as .jpg I normally turn the quality down for faster loading times or I use .png to keep the quality high without too big of a file size. Gif is good to but I only use it when I need to make a transparent pixel or save an image with limited colors.

EDIT: Played around a little more. Found out when I tried to make content styles that the sidebar was actually a problem and I think it looks better without it anyways.
