armor is good.

the first is a anime style commision for a freind . he wanted a female warrior with 'mismatched" armor peices. she was to aslo carry 2 huge almost unweildly swords with both bands but i ended up haveing her have both swords in one hand and a buckler sheild on the other. the immage is desighned to be "bottom heavy" and is my first attempt at high-contrast inking.

the second is a pandaran warrior. a panda like race of fighters. i outfitted him in pseudo chinese armor.

looking good I know this a nit pick, but even for anime boots, those are huge... would looks better if they seemed... resonable. But whatever, great work

Very cool. "Dain" reminds me of Kyrie or Ziggy from Satoshi Shiki's "Riot" manga (which I love the artwork of). The scale effect on her excessively long loin cloth looks to have been a bit of a pain to draw. I'm sure your friend was more than pleased with the commission.

My only past-the-point suggestion: high-contrast can be cool, but needs to be consistent. Here, her right leg, sword, and hair are very contrasted, but the rest of the image is relatively low contrast. I like the huge boots, but the darkness of the leg carries more visual weight than the hair, drawing your eye away from her oh-so-cool expression.

Still, I wish I could say I'd drawn it!

thanks for your comments! :;bows:; i really should get a book on inking or something, i just cant bear the thought of being too "brave" and ruining a pic. i guess i needed one shade darker then gray.
