Hello, I am posting this for a friend, becuz he seems to be quite...inept at this, and hes being very recalcitrant, like beating a dead mule with a wet noodle trying to get him to move. His forum name is Dudditz.
Please enjoy.

try for more depth. Use more complex lighting, taking note of casted shadows and tone, and your stuff will look cooler.
how do you like Mr. Tran? that is if you're still in his art class _________________ http://jcaart.cjb.net |

Never again draw on notebook paper, unless you figure out how to take out the lines in photoshop.
You don't have to draw every scale on a dragon. See Spoogedemon's posts for lessons on how to leave out detail and make the art look that much better.
Practice drawing basic shapes to learn shading. Study anatomy. Keep practicing, and come back in a couple of months to show us what you've learned. |
