Hello
I think she looks cool but some stuff are not aligned. The eyes are not really in-line and the nostrils are not aligned. I hope you wanted c&c and that I am not sounding to harsch.
The easiest way to see when eyes and other parts are out of place is to flip the picture, I got that advice when I came here and it really helps to see the mistakes in the pictures.
And remember, portraits are not easy to paint, I have a bit trouble with that too and I always make some paintings that arent aligned so then I have to flip the picture and go back and then flip it again and so on.
There is an artist called Yaz who makes really cool portraits and also has some tutorials up, Ill give you the link and I hope the tips from me helped you a bit. :)

Keep up the good work

Flip is when you Flip the picture Horizontal.
If you use Photoshop go to in the menu bar, Image, Rotate Canvas, Flip Canvas Horizontal, this will help you to see the errors if one eye is higher than the other etc...
I know there are some people that also flips the picture vertical but that makes me confused.
Scott Mcdaniel and some other Marvel dudes uses this flip tecnique too when they draw, but they have a lightbox and flips the paper they are drawing on. You can also use a mirror when you draw or paint.
I know I didnt use the tecnique at first either but it comes in handy real good and let you see the errors on an early stage.
Hope it helps :)
Keep up the good work
