I wondered, since most artists tend to be insterresting people in general, if any of you had hobbies other than painting/ drawing/ sketching?

Here's my go:

My hobby No.1 is Making Music/ practicing
No.2 "Real" (non-computer) Roleplaying
No.3 Sports (esp. Mountainbiking, Fitness)
No.4 Reading Books
No.5 Cinema / Hanging out with friends

and some other stuff.

I'm not an artist. I don't draw, paint, doodle or anything else. I just like to look at art, that's all.
My primary (and secondary and tertiary, actually) interest is movies. I spend most of my time going to the movies, renting movies, watching TV, reading about movies, planning my own (movie)projects etc. ad infinitum. That's why I make boring company. :/
I also listen to music and mess about with my computer, but not in the extent I do with movies...

Only Nex put down sports - what does that tell you about a lot of artists?

Mine are
:: Sports (Hockey, Paintball, Soccer)
:: Creating music (mostly guitar and keyboard)
:: Listening to music (all kinds, except most MTV bands - Blink 182 and Korn are exceptions)
:: PC Games
:: Warhammer 40K

Choy Lee Fut..? I never heard of this style. I do ninjutsu a bit, but unfortunately I don't take time very often to train (and its damn hard to find someone who teaches ninjutsu too).

Choy Lee Fut is one of the most popular/widely spread forms of kung fu (at least to my knowledge)... I've been at for about a month, so I'm REALLY a beginner, but so far I love it. Speaking of which, I gotta go to my bi-weekly session!

Listen to music, play my banjo, skateboard, play PC & PSX Games, make machinima, read, play soccer, ice skate (recently acquired hobby), play with my mutt, watch movies... this could go on forever, so I'll cease for now. @:-)

Wow, been a long time, anyways:

1. MUSIC!!!! Singing mostly, but I love playing it too, all sorts, though I'm not very partial to country.
2. Movies, I love em, especially good ones(notice a trend)
3. Reading, doesn't matter what, I like all sorts of stuff. Very partial to Tom Clancy though.
4. Computer Stuff: Guess this is kinda a general topic, but here goes. Graphic stuff, Games(Counter-Strike Baby!), a little programing, webpage design, and general toolin around with misc programs.
5. Anime, gotta love that stuff, my school has been blessed with an Anime club. Mmm, 3 hours of Anime every Tuesday!!
6. RPGs, both on the computer and not.
7. Sports, less now than before, damn the stress of high school. I skateboard, snowboard, mountain bike, play scratch football, soccer, baseball sometimes, it doesn't really matter, I love sports.
8. Hangin out, kinda of a ubiquitous answer for a teen, but never the less, me friends rox!!!

Thats about it, for now...
