Ok I decided to start drawing, I'm really crap but I want to learn and spend time on it so I can be good like you guys here.
Anyway I was wondering if theres any tutorials that teach the basics of drawing, I've had a look at Sumaleth's link database and theres some good tutorials but I want one that has the basics, something good for me to start learning on.
Also any advice you guys can give me?
Oh and just normal pencil drawings right now, I haven't got a wacom but if I learn how to draw with just a pencil then I can use those methods when I buy a wacom. |

You should also start drawing circles, ovals, rectangles, etc.
It doesn't matter if they are not perfect to your eye. If you want to get a REALLY perfect circle, oval, etc., you should be using one of those guides which come with the preset shapes.
http://drawing.about.com has some basic tutorials, I think. |
