I can't really remember how I came to end up drawing this other than playing alot of Smash Bros lately.

I keep tapping at it but I dunno where to go exactly, or if I should just smooth some things and call it finished.
His right hand is probably a little weird, I've redone it like 5 times and I'm tired of messing with it.

Any thoughts, C&C, anything, appreciated. Thanks.

This is so cool. The eyebrow/tongue/nipple rings are great. and the nude tattoo of Princess Toadstool is priceless. Did he really look like this in the game?

for crits. the backlighting with the fire is excellent. I think the orange outlines might also be used for the edges of his face, top outlines of his muscles, and maybe even as far as his hand. should be effective in tieing the whole piece together.

I think the hand is okay, maybe add slight highlight for knuckles, and separate it more by sharpen its edges and use a bit cooler color for the flesh underneath.

I'd say just sharpen the image up a little more... clean up the lines more, give sharper highlights on metal and maybe define some dark areas and light around and in the mouth (lips,gums), maybe the background changed around a little because it doesn't make the creature (to me) stand out as much as it should. Nice peircings :p
Looks pretty sweet overall if you ask me.
