It's not finished yet & probably won't ever be. Please leave your remarks and observations. I have the feeling that is going terribly wrong but I can't point what... _________________ www.ELLioTEK.net PLAY BOUNTY KILLERS! |

I think the bow of the ship going out of the frame is creating this "open" feeling... how about adding about a third again the space to the left side and putting some sky there? (unless you were trying to do this in the first place)
other than that: love it. especially the colors. |

Great stuff Elliot. I remember seeing some pictures of a stranded tanker on a sanddune with people walking in front of it, a cople of weeks ago. Very inspiring stuff, as I have a 'thing' for stranded hulks aswell.
Interesting to see your fight with compotition. Keep up he good work pal!

this is great! i like the roughness, i think you shouldnt try to smoothen it.
i think the ship's fin (in orange) is a bit crooked. it shouldnt be rounded up to the left that much and meet the black border that hugh up. it actually should meet the black border on the side where the see and ground meet it.
i'd do a little overpaint but i dont feel like loading photoshop.
also the ship tower/antena should be ebnd to the right and move alltogether to the right. maybe it should be shortened. it looks too far away from the ship.
this would make the perfect stamp ;] maybe you should make those stamp wiggly border typo's. |

Aside from the aforementioned perspective issue on the ship, this is a simply gorgeous piece. I love the colors, and adore the costume design on the ladies. Beautiful. Might I inquire, what medium did you do this in? |

The colors and technique are perfect. The only thing that looks awkward to me is the ship... I don't see how it could tilt up at that angle so close to shore unless it was broken in half, or there was a HUGE drop-off right there... |
