I'm aware this is far below the average quality of pictures posted here on Sijun, but everybody who has commented on this picture have been too soft on me.
I know you guys can find as much imperfections and faults as there are pixels in the file, so i present this finished piece to you.

It kinda looks like work in progress.
I guess you'd get more comments if people could assume that you will try to work on the mistakes.

I'm not sure but I think there perspective of the hammer is off. To me it looks as if the hammer looks a little like that


I think it would look cooler without the outlines. Define the shapes by value and add lines for definition in focal areas (does that make sence?).
No black lines though!
It also seems as if he is lit directly by the sun ... but isn't the sun behind him?
I'd like to see him against a one color background (not the current color of the sky) and comment on that version. Right now the background distracts too much IMO.
The background bugs me most. It doesn't look finished. I don't like the color. Maybe a gradient could help already!? Something more red or orange might look good.

And you should think about lowering the filesize.
