I didnt find anything i could use.. pluss i have to go to work.
Im looking for a updated tutorial with new techniques to paint so i can improve, Im using adobe photoshop 7. If anyone can direct me to one of these tuts it would be nice. The one on sijun is quit outdated i need new technique! thanks guys

i use the smudge tool alot dodge and burn aswell. A new paint tutorial would be great! thanks

But I don't think it's a then&now thing. The tutorial by Dhabih still works depending on what you are going for.
