That one is great. And so is the witch!
I like the line quality in this image. Personally I think the font is annoying.
Maybe you could integrate the text better. I think the composition doesn't work for me because of the text. _________________ http://www.conceptworld.org |

AndyT - Thanks, I'll figure out something else with the font when I get some time!! (Its to bright I noticed, as well as difficult to read) If you have any suggestions on how to make the eyes for the Witch and my other Al Ian works look more alive, I'm listening.
xmmx - Sounds good, erm, what is line weight? I've not taken any classes on art or anything before. _________________

Looks good now imo, but what if you invert it? Would it look even better then? |

line weight basically means the thickness of a line - you can vary the thickness to get a more dynamic feel. check out some comics for examples of varied line weight.
i like the style of your picture - maybe you could try putting the text into a speech balloon coming from the driver character. |

JZ - Actualy, this model Eclipse is as american as the Mustang. It was designed, and manufactured here in the states by Jeep Eagle Dodge. (Eagle Talon, Plymoth Lazer, and the Mitubishi Eclipse are the same car [until the new model]). The power plant was designed and made by Dimond Star Motors. Which after the 98 model year was purchased by Mitsubishi. The parts are still exported to Japan and Europe to sell this car there.
When it comes to the blowen V8 in an in-line 4banger. It just kind of turned out that way, not even kind of enough room in a real ecplise for this, but as I stated before, I didnt intend for it to become an Eclipse. Guess I have been staring at my car for way to long LOL. _________________

I re-did the font and composition based on alot of C&C I got. This one seems alot easyer on the eyes when it comes to the font/text. I added the word bubble, I also made all the shades of white (text and drawing) the same shade of white.
Floor It!
Tell me what you think! (any other C&C appreciated) I am still playing with line weight on other works. Frustrating as hell it is. If you have any tutorials or can show me an example on my style of art (where I'm having the problem) I would appreciate it!
